We Are Here For You…

At Lighthouse, we know how important regular communion with God and regular fellowship with other members of the body of Christ are. That’s why we offer ample opportunities to come and worship together, as well as providing times to genuinely connect with each other in fun and meaningful events.

Beginning Our Fall With a Focus on Prayer
We truly need God's supernatural touch on every part of our lives and we need His guidance, strength and wisdom every day. Let's make the time to pray each week for our church, families, friends and our world. Use the following Daily Prayer Points as we look to God this Fall...
SUNDAY- CONSISTENCY
Ask God to help us be faithful and steadfast in prayer.
MONDAY- REPENTANCE
Pray to repent of our sins and seek God's favor for ourselves, our families, and our nation.
TUESDAY- INTERCESSION
Pray for the Holy Spirit's strength to persist in prayer every day.
WEDNESDAY- EVANGELISM
Pray for boldness to share the Gospel with those who need Christ.
THURSDAY- UNITY
Pray that believers will be unified in love as we seek God together.
FRIDAY- DISCIPLESHIP
Pray for maturity in our faith and intentionality of helping others mature.
SATURDAY- RENEWAL
Pray for a deeper desire to know Christ and experience the power of His Spirit in our lives.

New Text Alert System in Use for Notifications
We have a new system in place for sending texts to our Lighthouse families when we need to share information during the week, between services. We will not abuse this system, but it is great for those times when we have something important to share with you. You should have received a few texts from us this past week; if you did not receive those texts, please see Brenda Zimmerman or call the church office, so we can be sure to have you on our notification list. The messages will come from the phone # 833-535-3884; please save this number in your phone as a contact for The Lighthouse, so you are aware that the text coming in is from us.

Our Church App Offers Many Opportunities...
Once you have downloaded our app onto your phone, you can easily use it to record each week’s sermon notes, pay your tithes, connect with us to share prayer requests and information, check our calendar and replay past messages. To download the app, open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your phone, search for “The Lighthouse-Church App”, find the one that has our church logo beside it (shown here), and download it. Allow notifications in your settings to be able to receive messages from us. It’s as simple as that! If you need help, see Brenda Zimmerman or call the church office.

“Building Our Future” is Now “Growing Our Vision”
Pastor Cary shared with us the heart of The Lighthouse for reaching the lost in our community and growing our church family, and our need for additional staff in the near future to fulfill God’s plan for us. This is our Vision– to build the Kingdom of God, one person at a time.
There are new giving envelopes available for you, and you will see the name changed from “Building Our Future” to “Growing Our Vision.” This new name better describes what this giving fund is for, and we appreciate your pledges to give over the next two years to further His Kingdom! If you have older giving envelopes at home, you can still
use those, and all gifts given to “Building Our Future” will automatically be credited to “Growing Our Vision.” If you have any questions, please call our church office and speak to Pastor Cary or Brenda Zimmerman.

Thank You for Faithfully Giving to The Lighthouse and for Supporting Our Missionaries
We are grateful for your giving to the Lord, and we pray that He blesses you! Thank you also for your ongoing prayer support and monthly financial gifts to help our missionaries carry out their ministries. Your support keeps them going strong, sharing the Gospel worldwide!

Thank You for Supporting RAHAB Ministries
Your prayers and donations for RAHAB help them reach out to women on the streets, in their Drop-In Houses, in the dance clubs and in jails in a very practical way, and mentor young girls who are vulnerable. Taking a meal to the women in the clubs opens a door for them to share the true love and hope of Jesus! Please help by donating a frozen meal, soup or cookies; there is a freezer in our Missions Room for your donations. We can also accept donations of hygiene items, clothing (preferably in season,) powdered coffee creamer, sugar, and salad dressings. If you have any questions, see Karol Shedenhelm or call our church office. For more information on RAHAB Ministries, visit their website at https://www.rahab-ministries.org/
